EMERGENCY RECALL WORKSHOP
This 3 session workshop teaches you how to train your dog to come in an emergency.
You will learn the difference between a regular command (come) and an emergency whistle (conditioned recall). We teach you what to do if your dog doesn't come when it is called and how to help it face new distractions once it is trained. You will also be given tips on how to teach your dog to hang out with you, when to use a regular recall and when to use the emergency recall. Workshops are held outdoors in the spring, summer and fall; and indoors in the winter. Equipment (long lines and harnesses) can be purchased at time of registration or before each class. This workshop is limited to 6 dogs.
